Cash Crusaders retails merchandise intended and guaranteed for Household/DIY/Recreational use only. We believe in fairness and ethical treatment for all our customers. Customers are requested to demo any proposed purchases before making a final decision in order to confirm that the item satisfies your requirements. 3 Month Guarantee
- Secondhand Products carry a 3 month Guarantee and are sold in the specific condition that the goods are currently displayed in, and are specifically sold as second-hand or previously used goods.
12 Month Guarantee
- Brand New electrical items carry a 12 month guarantee.
6 Month Guarantee
Faulty goods returned during the guarantee period will be:
- Repaired at our cost. If not possible we will replace the item.
- If not possible we will refund your money.
- Faulty BRAND NEW products returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging "AS NEW" condition will be replaced. If not possible we will refund your money.
Guarantee Policy Exclusions
- Rechargeable batteries, Sports Equipment, Outdoor Equipment & consumables like bulbs, guitar strings etc are not guaranteed.
- PC games are not guaranteed.
- Any additional software and applications loaded or viruses transferred onto personal computers, laptops or mobile devices such as iPod's, MP3 players or cellphones voids the guarantee on product.
- Original pre-installed software is guaranteed for 24 hours.
- CD's, Playstation, X-Box, PSP, DS Lite & Nintendo Wii Games; DVD's and Video tapes have a 24 hour guarantee.
- Any physical alteration to goods purchased including altering the power cord or factory fitted plug will invalidate the guarantee.
- New amplifiers and new speakers are only guaranteed if purchased as recommended to appropriately matched speaker pairs (speak to your salesperson for a complete list of which amplifiers suit which speakers).
- DVD players are guaranteed to play original disks only. No "read error" guarantee claims will be entertained for user recorded disks.
- New Car Sound and Vision Equipment is only guaranteed if installed by a VAT registered installation Company.
- New products are guaranteed against factory defect only.
- Customer Abuse, Customer Negligence, User Error, Infestation, Water Damage, Lightning Damage invalidate the guarantee.
- Credits and exchanges of any item may only be issued once a suitably qualified service centre has confirmed that a malfunction is a result of a factory defect.
- Valid Proof of purchase required to validate guarantee.
- 2nd Hand Petrol motors (lawnmowers; quad bikes; generators; chain saws) are started up in the store and once item leaves the store there is no guarantee.
- 2nd Hand cameras and binoculars carry a 7-day guarantee.
- The store is not liable for any damage whatsoever caused by or resulting from the use of any new or second-hand items purchased as a result of a defect or malfunction of the item purchased.
