Guarantee Policy

A valid Proof of Purchase is required to validate guarantees.

Secondhand Products

  • Secondhand products are guaranteed for a minimum of 3 months from date of purchase.

New Products:

  • Brand new electrical products carry a 12 month warranty.
  • Faulty goods returned during the guarantee period will be repaired at our cost. If repair is not possible we will replace the item. If replacement is not possible we will refund you your money.
  • Faulty brand new products returned within 7 days of purchase in the original packaging and "as new" condition will be replaced. If replacement is not possible we will refund you your money.

Guarantee Policy Exclusions

  • Rechargeable Batteries, speakers & Sports Equipment.
  • Playstation, X-box & PC games, DVD's, CD's and video tapes (24-hour guarantee).
  • Car Sound Equipment only guaranteed if installed by a VAT registered Installation Company.
  • Inappropriate usage of brand new DIY power tools may invalidate the guarantee.
